What do you do at Carefree? 

I am a Compass key worker, I support young people into training and employment. 

What do you like about working at Carefree?

Everyone at Carefree is young people focused. It’s a caring and thoughtful organisation and I feel honoured to be part of Carefree.   

Can you say a bit about your past experience and qualifications?

I’m care experienced. I previously worked in residential children homes for two years with Cornwall council and before joining Carefree as a youth worker I was at Cornwall Airport Newquay as an airside officer. I’m currently studying for my Level 3 in youth work and Level 4 in CIAG.   

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? 

I enjoy spending time with my family, Cooking, cleaning, fixing things. Being outside and exploring Cornwall for all its beauty.
