I am a Tenancy Support Worker

What do you like about working at Carefree?

I like how everyone has been so welcoming and kind. The enthusiasm of all the staff is wonderful to see, you can really tell everyone has a passion for this line of work and they want the best for all the young people we support.

Can you say a bit about your past experience and qualifications?

I have lived and worked in supported housing, I worked with mental health and complex needs for 6 years. I also have experience in working with those struggling with addiction. I have a diploma in health and social care.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? 

My favourite thing to do when I’m not working is to spend time with my family, and shop!
