Can you say a bit about your past experience and qualifications?
I studied Behavioural Sciences at University, after completing this I worked with young offenders in residential accommodation, followed by 25 years of working with young people in care and leaving care. 14 of those years have been in the 16+ team in Cornwall.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
First and foremost, I enjoy spending time with my family. I love spending time outside, walking, cycling, camping. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place and there is so much to explore. I love roller skating, I am in a Roller Derby team and train each week. I am also in a choir; we practice weekly and perform locally. I love singing and it’s beneficial to health and wellbeing, I really recommend it!
