The CEO Interview
As part of our 20th Anniversary celebrations this year, we decided to ask young people in our Care 4 Change Council to arrange an interview for our Founder CEO Mari Eggins.
Mari started Carefree in 2005 with six young people. She was Carefree’s first employee and as the organisation has grown, Mari’s role expanded. She moved up the ranks naturally as she recruited more amazing people to deliver support to young people in and leaving care. Mari has never had never been interviewed for a job at Carefree so young people set to work, planning interview questions and preparing to decide Mari’s fate.
